My background is diverse with 40+ years in the Mortgage Banking industry. With my experience, I am able to simply explain each document included in the signing package and/or refer the Borrowers back to their Loan Officer for a full explanation - if necessary.  I am dependable, detail-oriented and will handle each signing with the upmost accuracy to ensure a smooth experience for all!  I am offering to personally pick up and drop off the loan documents, wherever deemed necessary.  I will provide outstanding customer service by keeping all parties informed on the status of the signing appointment (date & time), along with the status of the delivery of the executed loan documents to Escrow/Title/Lender.
